Salisbury N C April 7th 1866 Received this day of Col C A Cilley Supt Freedmen one barrel of flour and fifty lbs of bacon or pork which I promise to pay Government price for to Col Cilley or order on or before 1st September 1866 & I hereby acknowledge a bin on any crops I may raise in favor of the said Col Cilley to secure to him or order the value of the rations as aforesaid Witness W S Wetsnen Benjaman his x mark Roseman Rosemans Plantation
