Received this day of Col C A Cilley Supt Freedmen one pound of flour and fifty pounds of pork or bacon which I promise to pay Government price for to Col C A Cilley on order on or before the1st of September 1866 and I hereby acknowledge a lein on any crops I may raise in favor of the said Col Cilley to secure to him on order the value of the rations aforesaid
