This was not intended to apply to Norfolk at all. 

We suppose that through Govt orders the schools were under charge of yourself & Capt Brown; having always held correspondence with that gentleman since our Teachers first went there, we have still correspondence with him, knowing that you were his associate & in service of these three Societies. It would give us great pleasure to hear from you; as he knows nothing of your superintendency ceasing
