Burk Dear Sir Capt Milder has been here & advises that Mr. Gloucester (who is the colored man who established so successfully the school at Petersburg Va) proceed immediately to Va who could see & advise with the people about obtaining situations here. He is in sympathy with the Movement & you would find his services valuable in every respect. So far he has given his services free. You had better send him transportation.
