M Manley My dear Sir By direction of Mr Woodbury, we have the honor to address you in reference to the work in Virginia. We have so far planned our work that the teachers are ready, awaiting orders. We hope to be represented in Norfolk and elsewhere speedily. And we earnestly request immediate advice from you, as to the provision made for their proper accommodation and protection.
