Boxes of Clothing should be marked N.F.R.A., 76 John Street, New York. Mark, also, on each box or barrel, the name of the place whence it is sent, and the name of the person sending it. Send a List of its contents in each package, and a copy of the same, by mail, to E.C. ESTES, Business Agent.
Money should be sent, in Bank Checks or Drafts, payable to JOSEPH B. COLLINS, Treasurer, 40 Wall Street, New York; and all Letters relating to the business of the Association, should be addressed to the appropriate Officers in their official capacity; while private letters should be endorsed "Personal."

We hope to have the inclosed list of Teacher sent you by the last of the week. We ask commissioner Scott - (name indistinct) at $15 per month & also (if you think best) the other two mentioned, by Mt. Langley & by yourself for the [[2^m?]] Bap' Church. Will you send me the name of the young ladies Col Brown wishes us to commission that we may write to them? Will send contract &c 

He may send you more teachers than will be needed at Richmond which you can distribute to other points, confering with Mr Langley- 

I inclose your letter containing preposition respecting board, should we send six teachers & you board them all. Please say what we shall pay additional?
