Dear Bro Manly
We have today concluded to purchase the Estate at Ruffon Hall.

We shall have our first Business meeting here on Friday June 15th at Mr. John Biglers Office 240 Broadway, NY. [[Chan, & Brother?]]. Mr Potter. Mr Dean my brother in law and yourself, last though not last are expected to meet here, you had better come on as it were on your own business. But one can - do want to see you much 

Bigler is all right — But I cant tell you [[partialy?]] now — I shall put in all I have & I don't think you will regret putting in 2 or 3 thousand Dollars you may be able. I will write more tomorrow
