Dear Sir -
Chaplain Manly has consented to act as our agent in fitting up the "Bakery" for Schools & Teachers quarters -

No definite arrangement has yet been made between us and the "Memorial" Society with reference to quarters, but the matter will receive attention as soon as our committees return from the country, and all will be in readiness in time for the Teachers, at the opening of the schools. We shall probably fit up the upper part of the building fronting on Clay St. for Teachers, as the dwelling will not accommodate all.
