we want at Petersburg &c at Pocahontas we have expended $500 & over in the erection of a new school house out of their City Point building - it is now insured for 1200 worth $2000 - The Bureau should allow us at least $100 rent.

Besides this - It will require a number of school rooms in Petersburg - The Penna Assn have notified us that we may have that field they concentrating at Farmville - The Bureau should furnish us buildings or means to rent. at least $600 would be needed for this purpose in P.
