My Dear Sir.  Our Teacher's committee held their first regular meeting for the season again to-day, and things begin to shape themselves definitely for the coming year. High time I presume you think.

First, we want you to act as our Agent for the year, to obtain at once the necessary order (if not already issued) transferring the "Bakery" from the Bureau to our Society, to prepare the buildings for occupancy as soon as practicable (the Bureau will pay the expense) and assume general charge of our affairs as business Agent. We will pay you $50. per month, the sum named by yourself from the beginning of such service, though we hope it will require
