Supt. &c. Richmond Va.,

Dear Sir:— We would like school accommodations for ten teachers in Petersburg. Two are already provided for, and three more will be when the building which the colored people are erecting is finished. If, therefore, the Bureau will furnish accommodations for five, the N.Y. Branch will have all it can use.

Richmond, Petersburg, and Alexandria are the only places occupied by us at present. There will be about twenty five teachers in the three. I would like a list of the most important points that should be supplied.
