Dear Sir, 

Your communication of the 2nd Inst was duly received, have delayed writing until the present to obtain definite answers to your questions. 

1. There lot is small, purchased last March at $450,00, and they have paid all but $200.00 which is due one year from next March. They will meet that without doubt. It is a fair location. 

2. The building was a government hospital formerly and belongs to the government yet, under care of the Bureau. It is 65 by 25, divided by a partition into two rooms, one 40, the 25ft. in length, 14ft. high. It is conveniently situated for a basement story 40ft in length 9 ft. high. 

Repairs. It needs a shingle roof, covered only with boards at present, weather boarding
