Euptilotis. Yesterday I ran across a pair of this fine Trogon and after chasing them about for at least an hr. finally succeeded in getting one of them. Today I got another and found them feeding on wild cherries at Sta. Teresa. (Tuy de Tepic) I shot one that had a large caterpillar in its mouth. Sept. 4th Set traps near hda., and plan to leave tomorrow and return to [[strikethrough]] p [[/strikethrough]] Coloctan. Aphelocoma. Mr. N. saw one with a lizard in its bill.
