Bureau R. F. & A. L.
Head Qrs 9 Sub Dist. Va
Winchester Va June 7th 1867

Respectfully returned to Bt. Brig. Genl O. Brown Asst. Comr writing attention to endorsement Lieut. Hall A.S.A.C.. as it appears that the church at Harrisonburg used by the Freedmen can be continued in use as a school house. The appropriation asked for does not secure to be imperatively needed, and therefore is not recommended.

This school report was made for April for wanting blanks, it was because no application was made for them.
