Respectfully referred to Lieut J. T. H. Hall A.S.A.C. 3d Div. who will please report whether the school at Harrisonburg is still in operation, and why no report was sent in for April.  He will also report as to the truth of the statement that the furniture is exposed to the weather; and whether the building in which the school has been held is not occupied by the African M. E. Church, and whether the Trustees have refused to continue to allow the church to be used for school purposes and if so, why? and why the same has not been before reported to this office.  Attention is invited to endorsement of Rev. R. M. Manly, Supt of Education.
