Communicates in reference to Communication addressed to Asst. Comr Va (thro Lt. H.L. Hunt in the latter part of May, an application from Committee for means to erect a school house. They have not been informed of the action thereon by Asst. Comr. They feel themselves badly treated not having received a dollar of Bureau Money for the benefit of Freedmen in their County. Requests an answer to their application.
