Dear Sir:
Herewith find copy of Teachers Register. It is intended for schools not otherwise supplied. The object has been to makes it very simple, and yet covering all the main points of a good school. 
The educational association may not adopt - it, though we wish they would for the sake of unity. Please introduce it into all destitute schools where you exercise control, and use your influence to have it thoroughly kept. By so doing, their reports to you will become uniformed, and far more accurate than heretofore.
