Here with I send you my transportation papers. I could not obtain transportation previously to coming out - rather I shd. say did not know it was necessary. Not knowing what our Govt. pays I have not filled the blanks. Please do this for me at rates allowed by Govt. 
Please have the goodness to send me a few more (Transportation) Blanks also Blank school report and oblige
