never from influences of outside pressure, for I think it right and absolutely necessary for the future welfare of the unfortunate race proposed to be benefitted, and greatly to the interest of the communities where they live that they shall have, at least, a business education, with the higher advantages before them, to embrace or reject. Experiment must prove whether they are people or entirely of the animal creation, as they have always been considered & treated.
