To Rev. R.M. Manly. Supt Education with the following information. 
The freedmen will furnish the land on which the house is to be built. The title will be in Trustees for the benefit of the colored people - It is proposed to build a house about 40x60. of wood, two story, and able to accommodate 300 pupils.  It is presumed Mr. Brackett has furnished the remaining information required.
