States, that two weeks since, she made application to Genl. Howard, for transportation for two cold girls, Alberta Stokes and Agnes Clarke.

Agnes Clarke has decided not to go, and she would like to substitute Susan Randall.

States, also, that she made application to Maj. Stone of the Bureau for desks and benches, for the Old St. School, and that he refers her the Asst. Comr that she had a platform made for one of the rooms, which cost $1.00.
