Com'r. with the request that this paper may be referred to the Bureau officer in charge at Charlottesville for report on the within petition. Is the petitioner pecuniarily responsible? Does he contemplate two buildings, or one to serve both for school house and church? Is the enterprise favored by the teachers there?
