My dear Sir, 

Our society intends to keep up its schools at Charlottesville another year, and, as we are informed that it is desirable to make early application for the use of the Government Barracks, we would ask now that all the privileges received from the Bureau may be continued next year. 
We have for some time had the Establishment of a Normal School at Charlottesville in anticipation, regarding that locality as a prominent centre of influence; and in case we perfect our
