At present however we would apply for the Government Barracks now occupied by our schools. 
We learn indirectly that some movements are in progress to establish denominational schools at Charlottesville, and that aid of the Bureau will be solicited; therefore, trusting in your continued interests in the schools of our Society, which recognize no distinctions of caste or creed, we would state our intentions and desires for the next school year, and our hope that no sectarian or political interests will interfere with the success of our schools. - Yours respectfully,
