I trust you will pardon my troubling you, the wish to do all I can for the people must plead my excuse.  the people here wish to petition for one years free schooling at least that the Bureau would pay me their teachers a salary for one year or even a half year to enable them to send those children who live a distance if they have no school tax to pay for a time, they could pay a trifle for their board to those near me and so keep them at School.
