Dear Sir,

Enclosed I send a request for Transportation hoping it will receive your approval. If it is not in proper form please return with directions.

These teachers have labored faithfully and have greatly benefited the Freed people in this vicinity. They have had no transportation furnished them from their homes. The Daughter has not been reported as Assistant but one month as her services were gratuitous. Still her services have been constant and indispensable and greatly benefiting the School.

They propose to leave about July 1st.
