We have sent you today a roll of circulars which may be useful to you, although you have already put your schools on the paying system almost entirety I believe. Our circular was intended rather for localities where no such arrangement has as yet been made; but if you find them useful at all, by sending them to colored clergymen to be read from their pulpits next Sunday, or by personal distribution, and you want more copies, we will supply you. Mr. Kennedy is away and I am attending to it for him. 

We feel it of the utmost importance that in all the schools
