Board shall have power to fill the vacancies; and the Board is further authorized to make such rules or regulations as may be necessary to carry out the object proposed.

Article VIII.
Sec. 1. There shall be two regular meeting of the Board, on the first and third Wednesdays of every month.
Sec. 2. Special meetings may be called by the President with the concurrence of the Recording Secretary, and the nature of the business requiring such special meetings shall be stated in a written notice to each member of the Board.
Sec. 3. A quorum for the transaction of business at any regular or special meeting shall consist of seven (7) members of the Board.

Article IX.
Sec. 1. The officers of the Board shall be elected and hold their offices for six months, or until their successors shall be chosen, unless sooner removed for sufficient cause. A vote of two-thirds of the members of the Board present at any regular meeting shall be necessary to such a removal.
Sec. 2. At the meeting of the Board on Tuesday, the 2d day of June, 1868, the officers shall be elected for the ensuing six months.

By-Laws.
1. All meetings of the Board shall be opened with prayer.
2. Previous to the adjournment of each meeting, the hour and place of the next meeting shall be determined by the Board.
