The Philadelphia Friends' Freedmen’s Aid Association leave the Schoolhouse, Buildings, and the property in them in thy charge, thou art authorized to allow the Baptist congregation the use of the Schoolroom for three services on first days (Sundays), one service on fourth day (Wednesday) evenings, also its use for funerals and marriages, and a church meeting every month.  No political meetings must be held in it without the consent of the liberty commission residing in Danville.  The above regulations are drawn on all the recommendation of the Captain Lacy of Lynchburg, the Assistant Auperintendent of Education for this district. Should any attempt be made to violate the above regulations, the building must be closed till he give authority for its being opened again.
