It will greatly oblige us if you will stop at Alexandria and make enquiries for us there, as to any engagements or even arrangements that Mrs. Fisher may have made on our behalf for another year.  So many matters will occupy her in finally closing up the schools she has had under her care this season, that your verbal enquiries will help us more than repeated letters.
