I have the honor to forward herewith enclosed an application from F. M. Robertson for a  quantity of School Primmers, he having started a Sunday school at Fancy Grove about 10 miles from this place. Mr Robertson is a man of good principles and very enthusiastic upon the subject of Educating the colored people. therefore I would respectfully request you to send me from 50 to 100 Primmers if you have them for distribution also a card or two containing the alphabet
