I have the honor to transmit herewith an order from your Head Quarters dated July 13th 1865 which was referred to General Fisk by Capt. A. S. Robinson K. Co. 101st U.S.C.I. also offical copy of S. O. #8 H.Q.M.D.T. dated July 1st 1865. as they conflict with each other I suppose yours was issued before knowing that the 101st U.S.C.I. was turned over to the Bureau.
