Lieutenant:
The General directions that You will obtain transportation for all Freedmen who wish to go to their homes or places of Employment. The Post. Commander will furnish the necessary transportation on Your requisition in accordance with G.O. No 102 A.G.O c.s. a Copy of which was furnished to Lt. Gable. Act with vigor and Energy in reducing the Camp and obtaining Employment for all who are able to work.
