Instns., that repairs to amount of three hundred dollars can be made upon the chapel at Lookout, the bills for which will be paid by the Disbursing Officer Lind. Consult with Mr. Carpenter, Supt. and  employ such party to do the work as will be satisfactory to him and as will do the best for them and for the Bureau.

It affords me pleasure to inform you that the Agent of this Bureau, Mr. Johnson, at Chattanooga, has been directed to have repairs made upon your chapel, on account of this Bureau, not to exceed $300.00.  He will consult with your Supt. and have it done satisfactorily to you - or your Supt. can have the repairs made, having our Agent inspect the work so as to render the necessary report, with bills for payment.
