I respectfully suggest that no more checks or funds be forwarded to H. A. Eastman, late Agent of the Bureau at Columbia, Tenn.  I have recently ordered an investigation of affairs at that point and the Officer attending to this matter, suspects that there is something wrong in the payment of claims.
