I have the honor to recommend that the following named Offices and Civilians be appointed to disburse County
claims at the places set opposite their names respectively - viz: 
B'vt. Lieut Col. J.W. Gelray 45th Infty. - Gallatin
B'vt. Lieut Col. T.H. Reeves U.S.A. - Columbia
2nd Lieut George E Judd 45th Infty - Knoxville
Fred S Palmer - Memphis
George W. Carlin - Pulaski
John L Wilson - Johnsonville
J.C. McMullen - Clarksville
Charles R Simpson - Shelbyville
James H Johnson - Chattanooga
I will immediately assign B'vt. Lieut Col Reeves to Columbia his presence being much needed there now. 
Mr. George W Carlin and Mr. Charles R Simpson have no appointments as disbursing Agents and I accordingly 
recommend that they be appointed.
All the other officers and civilians named above have their appointments.
