Dear Sir   having a desire to visit the city of Richmond and a greater desire to visit the schools, of which I have ascertained you are superintendent of, I thought I would apply to you for a situation if you have any Having attended a col" Grammar school in the city of New York for the past 8 years I feel competent to teach I hope you will have a situation for me for I am very desirous to come. Please state your terms, per month and let me know if you please by the earliest time possible
