Reports that Mr. Greene informs him, that there is no prospect of cooperation in the system of Schools which the Civil Authorities propose to establish.
Gives views upon the subject, and asks permission to rent buildings for colored school, in the usual form and to repair the building at Pocahontas, for which $300.00 will be required.
