Rev R M Manly

Dear Bro:

Yours of the 12th inst. is at hand. It does not seem to me that I can any more good in King William than in Nansemond. It will cost considerable to move and I have raised provisions enough to last a year there. I know the wants of three counties in South Eastern Va. yet I leave the matter to you and Mr. Smith and shall await your decision

Truly yours
A. B. Corliss
