Either place has buildings already upon them sufficient for the accommodation of both teachers & scholars  There is timber enough upon the lands to erect any buildings required. There are many freedmen wanting to buy from ten to fifty acres of the land who are industrious and have put on all their ready cash to pay. There should be no loss with proper management.
