Enclosed is Mr. Manly's reply to my letter. I should have gone to Richmond myself instead of writing but
for the increased Seprance. Had I done so I should understand the matter better than I can from his brief reply. I do not see that I can do anything more now.I have no doubt that any suggestion you would make would be complied with. This building is about 120 feet long and 60 wide.
