Mr. R. M. Manly:
Dear friend:

I am highly gratified to perceive that you are about to commence the building of the school house in good earnest.

This building is about 128 feet in length and 50 feet in width. Each story is 8 feet 6 inches in height. It is weather boarded inside and out. The plank is comparatively new.

With reference to the price of this land I could not give you much
