I should think the subscribers to the land out to meet
and appoint the Trustees.
2nd These Trustees are to hold the land and school-house
in trust for the use of a High and Normal School for the
people of Charlottesville without distinction of color.
3rd The N.E. Branch of the Freedmen's Union Commission
are to have the right to appoint and pay the teachers of this school.
4th Should the N.E. Branch of the F.U.C. wish to give up
