this right, it shall pass into the hands of the Trustees of the school. The N.E. Branch of the F.U.C. propose to furnish and pay the teachers; two of them northern, and two residents of Charlottesville.
They propose to have a Normal Class with special reference to the preparations of teachers - a primary class in which teachers can learn the practical duties of the school-room and intermediate classes to prepare pupils for the Normal School.
5th On these conditions we understand that the Bureau
will give the Barracks now occupied by our schools and one thousand dollars in money for the purpose of creating a school-house.
