Rev R.M. Manley
Supt of Education

Dear Sir
I have established four schools in my division two in this Co. and two in Botetourt and my opinion is that the average number of pupils that will attend these schools will be about thirty (30) each I have got very good teachers for them one being a white man and to the [[ Massoborne ?]]. Please send me a few more of the reports and receipts (Res to [[ ?]]) as I have not enough for all of the above schools. Would you advise me to establish any more schools to be paid out of that fund coming from the [[rev Sears ?]].

I am Very Respectfully
Your Obdt Servt
