Dear Sir. Some time since you wrote me about affording some aid to destitute districts, toward sustaining a school. Enclosed please find an application which speaks for itself. There is a young colored woman at Lexington named Lollie Bollin who is very well prepared to teach such a school. I think she would go for ten dollars per month if she could be boarded. Can you through the Bureau, or from this fund find some assistance to this school? Very Ry,
