I have the honor to request authority to hire from the Rev Geo Whipple the following described Property Viz. One acre of land in Hampton occupied by Bureau School House at $15.00 per month One acre of land at Slabtown Eliz City Co Va occupied by Bureau School House at $10.00 per month. 4 Buildings at Hampton used as Normal School Buildings @ $75.00 per month & one Building (Butler School House) containing 5 Rooms & 4 Schools @ $50.00 per month
