Dear Sir
The applications from Mr Ramer I believe are correct, except for the one for his own school at Pamplins Station. I do not see why he should ask for much extra for that one. He has a fine large school then and if the Bunars can pay the 20 k month we should be very glad of it.
Can you give me any information with regard to the school at Halifax C.H.va? Capt. Jackson spoke to me about it, and I Think we can send one teacher, if not two very soon. 
Do you know anything of E.R.Blanks school, in Richmond? He has made application forms for aid. Would you think it well for us to adopt it?
