I hasten to acknowledge the receipt of your letter of the 2nd. wish with a check for $41.00 for rent for February; also the receipts from teachers. 
Has Miss Lynch decided to stay at Richmond?
I find by a letter received yesterday from Mr Goodyear, that there has been a misunderstanding about the Philadelphia teachers, and they both went to Eltham. I have written to Albert Johnson to ask him to go at once to Richmond, that you may assign him to another locality. I am sorry for the lost
