Rev Sir,
The 15th of the month having arrived and no response having reached me in replay to my Reports for February, I have thought it not improper to address you this note and inquire if there is a probability of my not receiving anything farther from the resource of the "Peabody Fund" as you stated in your last to me that "you could only send funds as they came into your hands", without specifying probabilities of the supply being withheld entirely?
I am prompted to this because I have employed a young man to aid me in the school, who looks to me for his pay and board, and I had thought that if you were unable to aid us with funds I would discharge him,
